These terms apply when a business ("you") signs up for and uses Truesize.co.uk ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Truesize.co.uk provides a size and fit advisor for online fashion stores, delivered through a script tag and an API, with a dashboard to manage products, size charts, widget settings and reports. We may improve or change features over time, and will give reasonable notice of any change that removes something you rely on.
Your account
- You must be a business, and give accurate information when you register.
- Keep your password and API keys secret. Secret keys must never be placed in a website or app that shoppers can read. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think your account or keys have been compromised.
Plans, payment and usage
- Plans, prices, included recommendations and any set-up fee are shown on our pricing section at the time you buy. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may be subject to VAT.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of recommendations. When it is used up the service may pause until the next month or until you upgrade.
- We may change prices for future periods by giving you at least 30 days' notice.

Your shoppers' data
You are the controller of the data your shoppers enter, and we process it for you to provide the service. You must have a lawful basis and give shoppers appropriate notice, for example in your own privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: for example by attempting to access other companies' data, overloading or probing the service, reverse engineering it, reselling it without agreement, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
Recommendations are advice, not a guarantee
Size recommendations are estimates based on the information given and on past outcomes. We do not guarantee that a recommended size will fit every shopper, and we are not responsible for returns, refunds or lost sales in your store.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may carry out maintenance, and will try to do so at quiet times.
Intellectual property
We own the service, including the widget, software and branding. You keep ownership of your data and content. You give us permission to use your data only to provide, secure and improve the service, and, in anonymised and combined form, to improve size advice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if payment fails and is not put right. After closure we delete or anonymise your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell account holders about material changes at least 30 days before they apply. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
