Each time a shopper receives a size. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, you get a warning as you approach it, and paid plans have a small buffer so shoppers are not cut off mid-session.
The widget can run in several languages, including Arabic, and you set the default in your dashboard. Questions and answer options can be translated per language.
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to the free plan.
